Our home looks as good or better then when it was new back in 1979, The two gentlemen who were here for three days did an amazing job, Reggie and Royce. They explained every thing they were going to do in detail. They protected everything that was not going to be treated and did a most professional job. The best part was their personalities, they were like family. Actually nicer then some family. Great representatives of your company.

We had an incredible experience working with Preston and Ronnie. They washed and stained our entire log cabin and front deck, and repainted our back deck. The results are stunning, and everything looks brand new!
What really stood out was their attention to detail and care; they even performed expert spot repairs on our deck along the way. They kept the job site extremely clean and tidy every single day, which we truly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout; they walked us through the plan daily and did a thorough final walkthrough to ensure we were 100% satisfied. It was a real pleasure working with them, and we’ll definitely be calling them for our future maintenance needs!

They did a great job staining our log cabin. We had a specific timeline and they met it. Cabin looks great. Competitive price.

The crew sent to us from Log Building Maintenance and Restoration was very careful with great attention to every detail. They showed no signs of shortcuts. Our home received a 'restoration' process. Power washed, insect holes were treated and plugged, two rotted logs were repaired, windows were masked off, downspouts removed, landscape was protected, house was sprayed/brushed with preservatives with a neutral color. Our original house was built in 1976 with two additions in 1990 and 2010. We are very pleased with the results.

We've used Log building And Maintenance for several years. We just had our home re-stained last week and they did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Log Building Maintenance And Restoration and if possible I would request that Mason be the team leader that does the job. He was excellent very detailed oriented and very polite. Following is a description of the first time that we use the company and the problems we had with the company prior to using Log Building Maintenance And Restoration. The company who built our home used a Behr product that advertises itself as stain but it's really paint to look like stain - poor quality. Several years later Log Building Maintenance and Restoration stripped and stained our home and recently stained our home a second time with a premium oil base stain. In both projects their attitude and professionalism were consistently everything I could have hoped for. The premium products they use and their work are the best. This company does exactly what they promise and they stay on site until the customer is 100% satisfied, including making sure the work area is perfectly clean when they leave. Before hiring them I visited other companies job sites and compared their work to the job site I visited that Log Building Maintenance and Restoration did. I could easily see the difference between their work and Log Building Maintenance and Restoration. Their work is amazing. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Log Building Maintenance and Restoration. The team that was sent to our home this October 2025 to do our Caulking, and address issues that we had from the previous crew, went above and beyond for us. They did what they were sent to do, plus went above and beyond and fixed all issues that we had. They were extremely professional, courteous, clean and had all appropriate equipment. We will definitely be using this company in the future for all our Log Home needs.

The office provided information and coordination to work around our schedule. When the crew arrived they got right to work. During the repairs additional work was needed and the price was very fair. The worked through some challenges and rough weather. They were very professional and courteous. The final product was completed on time and I couldn’t be happier.

This was a project we were very anxious about. From the beginning when I reached out initially to LBMR a couple years ago to begin learning about what to with the log cabin we had just purchased LBMR was exceptional. While we knew quite a bit about traditional stick built houses, we knew nothing about log homes, and their sales team was patient and very kind to take all the time we needed to answer our never ending questions. LBMR’s sales team came twice to our home, at our request, to ensure the quote would be accurate, comprehensive and complete. LBMR’s team never flinched when we asked for COIs, references, and details about their business so we could be comfortable and confident in hiring LBMR firm out of the several who gave us bids. Their suggestion to do a test, was brilliant and so helpful to us in choosing LBMR.

Due to our work schedules and types of jobs we have, there was only a certain period of time when the project could commence. They accommodated our schedule.

When it was time to send LBMR the deposit we held our breath. Had we made the right decision? Chosen the right company? Would we be taken advantage of since we had so little knowledge of log homes?? Would LBMR live up to all the promises and expectations??? To say we were frightened would be an understatement. But alas, all that anxiety was for naught.

LBMR team showed up on the exact date agreed upon. They were well prepared, highly professional, extraordinarily competent and talented. Their attention to detail was unparalleled. They worked literally from sunup to sundown everyday, including weekends and holidays. They rarely took breaks. Their work and results were perfection. They spent all the time with us as we needed. If we had questions they happily stopped to answer them, if we had concerns, they addressed them. They were clean and meticulous. The project was completed on time, on budget and completed beautifully. Our home is now a show stopper. Absolutely gorgeous!

We can’t thank all of LBMR and their whole team enough. There are not words adequate enough to express how impressed we are with everything from start to finish. Thank you.

Tom who did my estimate answered all my questions and offered ways to maintain my log cabin. Laura in the office, was easy to work with and quick to respond to emails or phone calls. Finally, Tim & his crew did an amazing job implementing the restoration plan. My house looks brand new and I could not be happier!
